Edit Existing Feedback Surveys

Note: Survey Management Access is required to Create and Manage surveys.

Use Venga Feedback Surveys in combination with a Post Class Survey Campaign to automatically invite clients to leave feedback about their experiences.

Edit Survey Details For An Existing Survey

Survey details (survey messages and redirect URLs) can be changed at any time.

To edit survey details for an existing survey:

  1. Navigate to Settings and click Feedback Surveys.
  2. Click the Edit (pencil) button in the surveys menu.
  3. Edit survey messages and redirects and click Save Details.

Click your profile at the top right of the dashboard and select Settings.





Click  Feedback Surveys in the Settings menu.

Edit survey messages and/or redirects and click Save Details.

Edit Survey Questions

The text of a survey question can be edited at any time. Question Type cannot be changed. To change the question type, disable or delete the question and add a new question of a different type with the same question text.

Note:
  • Surveys with the “How would you rate your overall experience during your visit, with 5 being the best?” enabled (the box next to the question is checked) will only available for use with Post-Class Survey Campaigns.
  • Surveys with the “How would you rate your overall experience during your visit, with 5 being the best?” disabled (the box next to the question is un-checked) will only available for use with Client Survey Campaigns.

To edit a survey question:

  1. Navigate to Settings and click Feedback Surveys.
  2. Click the Edit (pencil) button in the surveys menu.
  3. Click Edit next to the question to be edited.
  4. Edit the question and click Save.

Edit the survey question and click Save.

Change The Order of Survey Questions

The question  How would you rate your overall experience during your visit, with a 5 being the best?, will always be the first question at the top of the survey. The order of other survey questions can be changed.

To re-order questions:

  1. Navigate to Settings and click Feedback Surveys.
  2. Click the Edit (pencil) button in the surveys menu.
  3. Click Re-order Questions in the Survey Questions menu.
  4. Click and drag questions into new positions.
  5. Click Save Order.

Disable or Delete Survey Questions

  • Disable will appear if responses to the question have been recorded.
  • Delete will appear if no responses to a question have been recorded.

To disable/delete a question:

  1. Navigate to Settings and click Feedback Surveys.
  2. Click the Edit (pencil button) in the surveys menu.
  3. Either (a) click Disable/Delete next to the question in the Survey Questions menu or (b) uncheck Question Enabled in the Edit window to disable the question.

Click the Edit (pencil) button in the surveys menu.

Either (a) click Disable/Delete next to the question in the Survey Questions menu or (b) uncheck Question Enabled in the Edit window to disable the question.

Delete A Survey

To delete a Feedback Survey:

  1. Navigate to Settings and click Feedback Surveys.
  2. Click the Delete (trash can) icon in the surveys menu.
  3. Click OK to confirm.

Click  Feedback Surveys in the Settings menu.

Click the Delete (trash can) icon in the survey’s listing.

Click OK to confirm.
