Review Management Tools

Venga's Reviews page has built in tools for managing your reviews throughout the response process and communicating with your team.

Filter Reviews

  • Use the filters bar at the top of the Reviews page to limit the dashboard display to reviews that match specific criteria.
  • The Reviews Summary will automatically update to reflect the new filter settings.
  • The most commonly used filters are displayed by default. Access more filter options by clicking More in the Filters Bar.
  • Use the Quick Search button to set common filter configurations with a single click.

To filter reviews:

  1. Click Feedback and select Reviews.
  2. Either (a) set individual filters by selecting from the options in the dropdown menu for each filter or (b) use the Quick Search button to select from commonly used filter presets.

    Make an Internal Note

    Internal notes inform other team members about client interactions or actions taken when responding to a review. Internal notes appear below the review text in the review’s detail page and are not shared with the client.

    To make an internal note:

    1. Click Feedback and select Reviews.
    2. Select a review in the list. 
    3. Click Make Internal Note below the review text.
    4. Type the note and click Add review comment to save.

    Add the note and click Add review comment to save.

    The internal note will be recorded below the review text in the review detail page.

    Assign a Review

    Assign reviews to notify individual team members that they are responsible for responding to the client. The team member will be notified by email.

    To assign a review:

    1. Click Feedback and select Reviews.
    2. Select a review from the list.
    3. Click Select a user beneath Assigned to: in the review detail and choose a user from the list to assign the review.

    Click Select a user beneath Assigned to: in the review detail and choose a user from the list to assign the review. Begin typing the name or email of the user to refine the list.

    The user will be notified by email that they have been assigned the review.

    Change the Status of a Review

    • Status labels offer a quick, clear indicator of how a review is progressing through the response process.
    • Status labels appear in the review list and in the review detail.
    • Reviews are automatically assigned a status of New when they first come in. Change the status as the review moves through the response process to keep the entire team informed.
    • Filter reviews by status to isolate specific reviews.

    To change the status of a review:

    1. Click Feedback and select Reviews.
    2. Select a review from the list.
    3. Click the status button on the right side of the review detail and change the status.

    Add Followers to a Review

    Add followers to a review to keep interested team members informed throughout the review response process. Filter for only the reviews you are following by selecting the Open Issues I’m Following option in the Quick Search dropdown menu.

    To add followers:

    1. Click Feedback and select Reviews.
    2. Select a review from the list.
    3. Click the + next to Followers in the review detail.
    4. Click Select a user and choose a user from the list to add as a follower.
    5. Repeat for any other followers.

    Add Review Tags

    Tags keep track of keywords or subjects in a review. Filter reviews by tag to view all reviews with one or more specific tags.

    To add a tag:

    1. Click Feedback and select Reviews.
    2. Select a review from the list.
    3. Click the + next to Tags: in the review detail.
    4. Add a new tag or select one from the list, assign the tag a sentiment rating, and click Add Tag.

    Click Add or create new tag. Select an existing tag from the list or type a new word in the blank to create a new tag. Select a sentiment rating of Negative, Neutral, or Positive and click Add Tag.
