Configure Email Templates

Note: Email template design requires Email Design access.

Email templates contains the design and layout information for email messages. Configure templates with the Email Designer in the Campaigns tab.

Create an Email Template

To create an email template:

  1. Click Campaigns and select Email Designer.
  2. Click New Template at the top of the Email Template Management menu.
  3. Configure the template and click Save Template.

Click New Template at the top of the Email Template Management menu.

Configure the Template. Details you add will display in the template preview on the left-hand side so you can see what your clients will see.

  1. Upload a Logo image.
  2. Add  Social media URLs.
  3. Choose a font type and text alignment.
  4. Add  send from information, a physical address and footer text.
    Note: Emails without a physical address will be flagged as spam.
  5. Choose Template Colors
  6. Click Save Template.

Edit an Existing Email Template

To Edit An Email Template:

  1. Click Campaigns and select Email Designer.
  2. Click Edit in the EmailTemplate Management menu.
  3. Update the template configuration and click Save Template.

Edit the template configuration and click Save Template.

Delete An Email Template

To delete an email template:

  1. Click Campaigns and select Email Designer.
  2. Click Delete to the right of the template name.
