Campaign Types Explained
The Create a Campaign tab on the Venga dashboard is loaded with campaigns to make communicating with clients simple. Reach clients at every step of their journey with Client and Group Campaigns. Use Class campaigns to notify all attendees of class changes or cancellations with a single message. Continue reading to learn more about each campaign type available on the Venga dashboard.

Send Options: Automated Daily
Qualified clients will receive this campaign: Once
Create a New Client campaign to send a welcome message to your newest students. Use a New Client campaign to improve new client engagement, encourage future bookings, or highlight new client specials. New Client campaigns send automatically each day to new clients that match the campaign settings, and can be sent to clients after they complete their first visit, or after they sign up for a class but have not yet visited. You also have the option to exclude clients who already have a future class booked and clients who have already made more than one visit.
Package
Send Options: Automated Daily
Qualified clients will receive this campaign: Every time their current package meets the trigger requirements
Don’t miss a chance to engage your clients or let clients miss out on their favorite class because they ran out of credits. Package Campaigns automatically send a message to clients when they have purchased a specific package, or when their credits drop below the minimum credit limit (defined in the campaign settings). Additional options let you target only clients who completed a specific number of classes using the package. If the client makes another purchase, they will receive the message again the next time they meet the campaign requirements. Configure the expiration setting to send before or after credits expire, to communicate with your clients at exactly the right time.
Milestone
Send Options: Automated Daily
Qualified clients will receive this campaign: Once at the Milestone Threshold
Congratulate and encourage clients with a Milestone Campaign. Milestone campaigns send automatically each day to clients who completed the milestone visit you set in the campaign Audience on the previous day. Set the campaign to send at the milestone class to congratulate clients for hitting the milestone, or send it a few classes before the milestone to encourage clients to complete those last few classes and reach their goal. Choose a specific start date or date range to target campaign recipients. Combine the Milestone campaign with an offer to further incentivize clients to keep pushing toward their goals.
We Miss You
Send Options: Automated Daily | One Time Blast
Qualified clients will receive this campaign: The number of sends you pick in campaign setup.
Create a We Miss You Campaign to target clients you haven’t seen in a while and remind them how much value they get out of visits to your studio. Send as a one time blast, or create an automated daily campaign to automatically send messages each day to any newly qualified clients. Use the Audience section's pre-loaded date ranges, or specify exactly which clients to target with the custom dates option.
Client Survey Campaign
Send Options: Automated Daily | One Time Blast
Qualified recipients will receive this campaign: If they have visited in the time frame you chose and have not already received the campaign within the repeat send period (automated daily only).
Send general surveys classes with a Client Survey campaign. Send once to get feedback on a specific day or event, or create an automatic daily campaign to send periodic check-ins with your clients. Note: In order to use a survey with a Client Survey campaign, the Overall Rating question must be disabled. Learn More.
Birthday

Qualified recipients will receive this campaign: Yearly, if they have visited within the time frame set in the Audience section.
Wish your clients a happy birthday and celebrate with them! Customize the send trigger to send the campaign when you want, and use the visit time frame to limit recipients to only clients who have visited recently. Add and a campaign offer in the Messaging & Template section as a special birthday gift. Tip: Match the offer expiration to the send trigger.
Group Campaigns
Venga group campaigns allow you to reach specifically targeted groups of clients and make it easy to reward clients for referring friends and colleagues.

Send Options: Automated Daily | One Time Blast
Qualified clients will receive this campaign: Once, after meeting the class threshold in the campaign setup.
Invite clients to refer friends and colleagues with a Referral Campaign. Include a reward (optional) for the referring and/or referred client to increase the incentive for referrals. Send as a one time blast, or create an automated daily campaign to automatically send messages to clients who met the visit threshold you set in the campaign Audience on the previous day.
Cohort
Send Options: Automated Daily | One Time Blast
Qualified clients will receive this campaign: Every time a client reaches the visit threshold.
A cohort is any group of clients who have met the visit target you set in the campaign Audience. For automatic daily campaigns, the client will receive the message each time they complete the target. If the target is set to 5 for example, a client will receive the campaign after every fifth completed class. Cohort campaigns can also be sent as a one time blast, useful for limited marketing campaigns and special offers targeted at a specific group of clients.

Send alerts and reminders to class attendees with a single message using Venga Class Campaigns.

Qualified clients will receive this campaign: Before each targeted class.
Class reminders are a great way to remind class attendees of upcoming classes, and reduce the number of no-shows who take spaces away from interested clients. Select the option to have clients confirm attendance and combine with a Last Minute Opening campaign to make sure interested clients don’t miss out on a class they want to take. Class reminders are also a great way to invite clients to leave notes for the instructor (displayed on the Preclass Report) about preferences and special needs they may have.
Last Minute Openings
Send Options: Automatic Recurring
Qualified clients will receive this campaign: Every time the booking percentage for a class is below the minimum threshold you set in the campaign Audience.
Fill the last remaining spots in a class by sending a message to clients who previously attended the class, alerting them that limited space is available. Combine a Last Minute Opening Campaign with a Class Reminder to get accurate availability counts and keep classes full. Use the Utilization chart on the Analytics tab to help determine which classes are the best candidates for Last Minute Opening campaigns.

Class Alert
Send Options: One Time Blast
Qualified clients will receive this campaign: Once
Use Class Alerts to notify attendees of cancellations or changes to a class. Class Alerts are sent once, and apply to a single instance of the selected class(es). Use Class Reminders to automatically send clients reminder messages before every instance of a class.
Post Class Survey
Send Options: Automatic Daily
Qualified clients will receive this campaign: Every time the client meets the survey frequency threshold you set in the campaign Audience.
Get valuable direct feedback from clients by sending a post class survey. Customize the survey to get the feedback most relevant to your business, and directly communicate with clients about their responses. Survey responses appear with the Venga logo on the Reviews page of the Feedback tab. Post Class Survey Campaigns send automatically each day to clients who attended a qualified class (defined in the campaign Audience) the previous day. Create multiple surveys and set up multiple Post Class Survey campaigns for specific feedback about events like a client’s first time visit to a studio or first class with an instructor.
