Create a Report in Report Builder

Use Report Builder in the Clients tab to build detailed reports of clients who fit specific criteria.

Report Export Options

There are two options for exporting reports created in  Report Builder:

  • Choose Create a CSV of Report to have the report emailed to you once, or on a periodic basis.
  • Choose Sync with Email Platform to automatically export the report to your linked Mailchimp account.

Create a Report

To create a list:

  1. Navigate to Report Builder in the Clients tab.
  2. Configure the report by selecting options from the menu on the left-hand side and configuring the option in the center box .
  3. Select an export option.
  4. Select your send options and click Send Report.

Configure each option in the center window.

Select an export option.

Select (a.) I’m only using this list once or (b.) I would like this report sent to my inbox on a schedule. Click Save.

Enter the email where the report will be sent and click Save.

b.

Configure the report frequency and start date. Name the list and click Send Report.

Delete a Scheduled Report

Scheduled reports can be removed from the Report Management menu.

To delete a scheduled report:

  1. Navigate to Report Builder in the Clients tab.
  2. Select Manage Scheduled Reports.
  3. Click the Delete button next to the report to be removed.

Click the Delete button next to the report to be removed.

Click OK to confirm.
