Respond to Reviews Within the Dashboard

Respond to  Venga Post Class Surveys, Google, and Facebook reviews directly from the Reviews tab (Google and Facebook require authorization. Learn More).

To respond to a review from the Feedback dashboard:

  1. Click Feedback and select Reviews.
  2. Select a review in the list.
  3. Click the Email Customer or Respond On... button below the review text.
  4. Type your message and click Email client.

Click on a Venga, Google, or Facebook review in the list.

Click the Email Customer or Respond On... button (Facebook and Google reviews) below the review text.

Type a message or select a template and click Email client to complete the response. The response will be recorded below the review text in the review’s detail page.
