NPS Question and Score Calculation
- Users can now create a unique question type for Net Promoter Score. The question text and labels are customizable and the scale uses the standard 0-10 range.
Client Survey Campaign
- Clients Survey campaigns allow Venga users to send clients requests for direct feedback either as a one time blast, or as an automated daily campaign.
Additional Information in Feedback Exports
- Class Name, Class Date, and Class Time are now included in reports exported from the Reviews page in the Feedback tab.
Package Campaign Configuration Updates
- Additional configuration options have been added to the Package Campaign Audience section, allowing users to choose a minimum number of credits remaining in the expired package in order to trigger the campaign, and to set the number of days after expiration that the campaign sends.
CC Additional Users on Preclass Reports
- The Preclass report setup screen now includes the option to select additional dashboard users to include in the recipients list for the report.
