Duplicate a Campaign

Easily copy existing campaigns within the same site, or across your different affiliated sites. Duplicated campaigns preserve universal configuration selections like send type and demographic information, but site specific options like location and class filters will need to be configured for the new campaign. 

To duplicate a campaign:

  1. Navigate to Campaign Manager on the Campaigns tab.
  2. Click the Menu (three dots) button next to a campaign in the list and select Duplicate Campaign. 
  3. Name the new campaign, select sites where the campaign will be duplicated, and click Duplicate
  4. Choose whether to append the site name or copy over any uploaded recipient lists (optional).
  5. Review the duplication details in the confirmation screen and click Duplicate.

Click Campaigns and select Campaign Manager.

Click the Menu (three dots) button next to a campaign in the list and select Duplicate Campaign. The new campaign will appear in the campaigns menu.

Name the campaign.

Choose (a) duplicate at this site only to duplicate the campaign at the site you are logged into. Choose (b)duplicate at the following sites: to duplicate the campaign at other sites you have access to.

After clicking the radio button, select sites using the dropdown menu.

Select whether to append the site name to the duplicated campaign or copy over any recipient lists uploaded to the campaign. Both options are optional and the recipient lists copy option will only appear for campaign types that have the option to upload custom lists.

Review the duplication details in the confirmation screen and click  Duplicate.
